after signing in, just change the URL to "http://www2.blogger.com/home" instead of the usual "http://www.blogger.com/home" and you'll be able to post, change your template and, well, whatever it is you do when you sign in to blogger.
see, easy huh.
or you can also do what i did and sign in, then check out all the questions under "there is something wrong with my 'create posts' page." then after that, search search until you find this person called "GloryOfLight" and well, basically she said the exact same thing as i did above.
so er, happy blogging..?
